About Me
I always knew that I wanted to tell stories. Starting as early as pre-K, I began writing comic books in the Star Wars universe, time-travel tales, short stories about LEGO characters, and pretty much everything else that inspires a young kid.
I've grown up since then, but that sense of imagination and commitment to creativity remains as strong as ever. I also drink coffee now.
This passion for storytelling is why I pursued a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri. After graduating, I relocated to Kansas City, where I worked as a communications professional for several years before swapping barbecue with hot chicken by moving to Nashville.
In a few months' time, I'll trade hot chicken for Tex Mex when my wife and I relocate to Houston. Still a professional communicator by day and a freelance copywriter by night, working away to share story after story about brands, businesses, and people.
